Women’s Discussion Group – Supporting Healthy Aging with Good Food and Supplements

Guest speaker Seanna Tully will provide insights and real-world tools on how healthier eating makes for better aging, including fun ways to incorporate new foods, cooking, and food prep ideas and the latest in nutritional supplementation for healthy aging. Following the program, attendees are welcome to attend a self-hosted lunch at the café located inside the Chicago History Museum.

The Women’s Discussion Group meets every second Tuesday of each month, featuring different topics and guest speakers. It is open to women who are Village members and their female guests.
