Self-hosted lunch to continue discussion at North Clark Café. How do we care for ourselves? Village member and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Linda Randall, who has been practicing therapy for over 30 years, will lead the discussion on the lessons we have learned and how our belief systems teach us how we care for ourselves. Join us on this interactive discussion on how to make new and healthy choices to nourish our bodies, minds, and souls in the new year.
