Starting the Conversation: Planning for Aging in Place and More

Did you know that on average, 36% of one’s income goes towards housing at age 75+ (even though people of that age are likely to own a home without mortgages)? Are you prepared? Legg Mason created an innovative, award-winning program entitled “Aging and Its Financial Implications: Planning for Housing“, in collaboration with Johns Hopkins and its Center for Innovative Care in Aging, to help you plan for your future in your home. This program offers valuable insight on current housing options in retirement, their associated costs and how to evaluate what will work best for you, a family member and/or loved one.
Join us for this unique session, in collaboration with Raymond James, to learn more and receive a full booklet with worksheets, tools and resources to start you on your journey. Participants can also sign up for complimentary, one-on-one planning sessions in the weeks to follow.
