The best gift that you can give to your loved ones is clear communication about what you want and do not want at the end of life. With the increase in dementia in the age of COVID-19, even those with advanced directives may need to supplement their documentation.
Compassion & Choices (C&C) is the nation’s oldest and largest nonprofit organization committed to empowering all people to chart their own end of life journey. This program with guest speaker Amy Sherman will review C&C’s end-of-life planning tools and resources for advance directives in the case of dementia.
