Life in quarantine has inevitably made all of us less active, forced us out of our “regular routine”, and more sedentary. It’s time to kick those quarantine habits and get moving! Join us and Movement Revolution to learn how to start, keep going, and improve your exercise habits at home safely and effectively with little-to-no equipment. This active discussion and demonstration will provide the tools necessary to help you take a stronger step forward during COVID-19.

About Movement Revolution

Never Quit.” is the motto at Movement Revolution, where they have been empowering older adults and those with neurological conditions live stronger every day through custom client-centric exercise programs. It’s Founder, Eric Johnson, has built the “Neuro Intensive Exercise” method which is rooted in combining the most relevant research, client goals, and abilities to formulate the most impactful programs that help improve quality of life.

Eric has over 11+ years of experience in adaptive exercise including 5+ years at the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab as an Exercise Physiologist. He’s worked with over 500 clients with neurological conditions and is excited to share his knowledge with you to enhance the awareness of the empowering benefits of exercise.
