Sunday, April 7 @ 7:00 am - 9:00 amFree
Members & guests—free. To register, please scroll down or call the Village office at 773.248.8700.
Village member David Baker will lead a morning birding trip to Montrose Harbor during the early spring migration. Guests will have an opportunity to see the vanguard of North American migratory birds, who often brave mixed weather conditions to reach their nesting grounds in the Upper Midwest and Canada. Come and enjoy the first signs of spring and learn about the amazing habits that drive birds to fly thousands of miles every year. Dress in layers for the weather. Bring binoculars if you have them. Please note: this program is not accessible — walk at times will be on uneven / unpaved walkways.
